How do I check in at an arena?
You must be within 500 meters of the arena to check in. Open the app, enable location services, and tap "Check In" on the arena's page. GPS verification ensures authentic check-ins.
Is Arena Chasers free?
Yes! Arena Chasers is free to use with unlimited check-ins, social features, achievements, and daily trivia. We may offer premium features in the future.
How do achievements work?
Achievements unlock automatically when you meet the requirements (e.g., visit 5 arenas, complete all Original Six arenas). You'll see a notification when you unlock one!
Can I check in to the same arena multiple times?
Yes! You can check in once per arena per day. Season ticket holders can track every game they attend at their home arena.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data. For data export requests, email privacy@arenachasers.com.
Is Arena Chasers affiliated with the NHL?
No, Arena Chasers is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Hockey League (NHL) or any NHL team.
